Your account or subscription

You can change your plan, update your payment method and download invoices yourself from the dashboard (Manage billing). For anything else about your account, email us from the address you signed up with.

A scan didn't work as expected

Send us the address you scanned and roughly when you ran it — that lets us find it in our logs and see what happened.
