Which document do you need?

Businesses (EAA)

Online shops and other consumer services covered by the European Accessibility Act publish information on how the service meets the accessibility requirements, typically on a page linked from the footer or the terms.

Public sector bodies

Under the Web Accessibility Directive, public sector websites publish an accessibility statement with the compliance status, the non-accessible content, a feedback contact and the enforcement procedure, and keep it up to date.
